• The customer(s) have authorized me to submit the loan application on their behalf and receive the automated response.
• The customer is as least 18 years of age, a United States Citizen and a United States resident.
•  The customer understands they are applying for credit and that a credit bureau will be obtained.
• The information on this application is true to the best of my knowledge.
• I have explained that the extension if credit by Shelter Bank is not conditioned upon any purchase of insurance or financial service from Shelter Insurance Company or Shelter Bank or their agreement not to obtain an insurance product from an unaffiliated entity.
• I have informed the customer that membership in Shelter Bank’s E-Club will make them eligible for special promotions and rate discounts.
