• Each applicant is a U.S. Citizen.
• Each applicant is of at least 18 years old, has read, understands and agrees to all terms.
• The information stated in this application is true, complete and made for the purpose of obtaining credit.
• The Bank may keep this application whether or not it is approved.
• The Bank is authorized to check credit and employment history and to answer questions others may ask you about my/our credit history with you.
• The Bank is authorized to obtain from and exchange financial and insurance information with your affiliates, including insurance agents, or other parties assisting to close the loan.
• I/We will update my/our credit information at your request if financial conditions change.
• Final credit approval is subject to the Lender’s verification of the information provided in this application and to additional terms and conditions contained in the approval notice.
• I/We, if requested by the Lender or its agent, agree to fully cooperate in the reproduction or correction, if necessary, or any and all loan closing documents so that all documents accurately describe the loan between the borrower(s) and Lender.
• I/We understand that the extension of credit will not be conditioned upon my/our purchase of any insurance or financial service from Shelter Financial Bank or my/our agreement not to obtain an insurance product or annuity from an unaffiliated entity. Shelter Financial Bank does not sell credit insurance products. Please consult your insurance agent for information regarding all insurance products.
